Terms of service
The agreement between you and us when you buy a domain, hosting or tools. Written to be read. Last updated: July 2026.
1. The services
We sell domain registration, domain transfers, WordPress hosting, a website builder and SEO tools. Domains are registered through a ZACR accredited registrar and are subject to the registry’s own terms (ZACR for .za domains, ICANN policies for international extensions).
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe and your contact details current, renewal reminders go to the email on file, and an out-of-date email is the number one way people lose domains. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Payments and renewals
All prices are in South African rands. Services renew on their billing date; domains renew annually. We invoice before every renewal. If a domain is not renewed by its expiry date it enters the registry’s redemption process and may become available to others.
4. Refunds
Hosting, website builder and SEO tools carry a 30-day money back guarantee for first-time orders. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, because the registry charge is immediate and irreversible.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, no phishing, no malware, no illegal content, no resource abuse that degrades service for others. We may suspend services that put other customers or the platform at risk, and we will always tell you why.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime on hosting, measured monthly and excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance). If we miss it badly and it hurt your business, talk to us, service credits are assessed case by case.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel any service from your client portal. Monthly services end at the end of the paid month; annual services at the end of the paid year. Your domain remains yours until its expiry date, and you may transfer it away at any time.
8. Liability
We are a hosting and registration provider; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event.
