Your rights as a data subject

  • Access: ask us what personal information we hold about you. We respond within a reasonable time and never charge for a first request.
  • Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information, important for domain ownership records.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
  • Objection: object to processing for direct marketing at any time; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “POPIA request”, or WhatsApp us and ask for the Information Officer. Tell us what you want (access, correction, deletion) and we will confirm receipt within two business days.

How we protect your information

SSL encryption on all pages and the client portal, access controls limiting who at our side can view customer data, and payment processing through an accredited gateway so card details never touch our servers. Details of what we collect and why are in the privacy policy.
